With over 30 years dedicated to working with children and families, Ms. Faeth brings a wealth of experience, wisdom, and heartfelt leadership to Building Blocks Preschool. As a former Founder, Director, and Lead Teacher of her own nature-based preschool, she understands both the beauty and complexity of cultivating environments where children, educators, and families thrive together.
Ms. Faeth is deeply aligned with the philosophy and mission of Building Blocks Preschool, including its nature-based foundation and Reggio Emilia–inspired approach. Throughout her career, she has embraced a lifelong journey of learning in social-emotional development, early childhood education, child development, and nature-based practices. She is passionate about sharing this knowledge through mentorship, workshops, and parent education opportunities that strengthen connection and community.
Having served as a Lead Teacher at Building Blocks in the Fall of 2025, Ms. Faeth has developed a strong understanding of the school’s culture, daily operations, and the meaningful relationships that form the heart of the program. These experiences have prepared her to step confidently into her role as Director.
As Director, Ms. Faeth is committed to building strong, positive partnerships with both staff and families. She values open communication and accessibility and is dedicated to ensuring that every parent and educator feels heard, supported, and respected. Through weekly communications, shared resources, and ongoing connection, she seeks to nurture a warm, inclusive, and caring environment where children flourish and families feel at home.
Ms. Faeth looks forward to serving and supporting the children, parents, and educators of Building Blocks Preschool. Her door is always open, and she warmly welcomes your questions, feedback, and partnership as together we continue building a joyful, connected learning community.
